Coast

A friend of mine took me to the coast and we walked there till dark.
It was cold but I was warm (except for my fingers which burned with cold).
I really needed that
I even saw the wind. I didn't think it was possible but it is...
I felt so much better after.
In the dark, and the silence my head started to clear.
