Espana
I loved the acting by Javier and Penelope, and the location. I really like this movie
Of course I wasn't taken in by the BS lines of Javier's character
The trick is to enjoy life and accept that it has no meaning whatsoever,"
Life is short, life is dull, life is full of pain, and this is a chance for something special."
All that to get some girls to sleep with him? I know there are people who DO do that so I won't push it off but geez.
Seriously?!!!!
I kept thinking "Give me a break!"
Of course life is dull and full of pain if you go around behaving that way with blatant disregard for everything and everybody and what is right...
But this is not an ethics class- however thanks Woody Allen for YET AGAIN trying to work off some of your angst in a movie....
(it would be better Woody, if you just in real life, thought that it was ok just to do the right thing because it was the right thing to do- and keep your crush on Scarlett Johanssen to yourself because ew......).
Still I liked the movie...

I don't want to say it...
Great characters and plot.
I love this movie.
I also saw In Bruges, and while i thought it was god, I probably won't rush to see it again.
Ralph (pronounced Rafe) Fiennes was great in it and of course Colin Farrel was so cool as usual.

Oh no, no no no no
While I like both Francis and Tim.
This movie was horrible.
There are ways to tell an audience something through film and I thought Francis would have done better to do that than to have Tim RECITE everything he wanted to teach the audience.
Oh my goodness
Its like I was sitting through a lecture
This was not one of my favorite experiences.
OMG I would NOT recommend this movie at all.... I like the cinematography and location shots but its not worth sitting through this movie at all!

Lovely
I really enjoyed it once again.
Holly reminds me a little bit of me...Not the disorganization and the helplessness but the Oh Well move on to the next attitude..while still being cute and charming.
Also her friendship with Fred/Paul reminds me of my friendships.
I am also currently reading Jazz By Toni Morrison.
Let's see if I can finish it quickly...

Kinda Cool
i really liked the facet that the the main characters are actors that I really enjoy watching anyway
I liked it a lot and I liked
Mélanie Laurent (Shoshanna) who I had seen in Indegines (a french movie) before.
I liked most of the cast in the movie and I think that this is what made it a really good film.
Its not my favorite film but it was very good/ok
Christoph Waltz (As Landa- very good in his role)
Eli Roth was cute! (bear jew role)
Michael Fassbender was very good to watch as usual (the British officer)
Diane Kruger gave a great performance as well....
What I didn't like
Some of the scenes ran unnecessarily long...its like in real life when someone is unnecessarily long winded and you just want them to get to the point already- that's how I felt with some of the dialogue sometimes....

Sweet
Julia Ormond was the saving grace in this film
I want to see next the 1954 version with Audrey Hepburn
I think that would be better

Time
I loved it because of how she read it.
Then I read it myself and love it some more
In and Out of Time
The sun has come
the mists have gone
we see in the distance
our long way home
I was always yours to have
you were always mine
we have loved each other
in and out of time
When the first stone looked up at the blazing sun
and the first tree struggled up from the forest floor
I have always loved you more
You freed your braids
gave your hair to the breeze
it hung like a hive of honey bees
I reached in the mass
for the sweet honeycomb there
Hah
God how I loved your hair
You saw me bludgened by circumstance
lost, injured, hurt by chance
I screamed to the Heavens
loudly screamed
trying to change our nightmares
into dreams
The sun has come
the mists have gone
we see in the distance
our long way home
I was yours to have
and you were always mine
we loved each other
in and out, in and out, in and out of time
Next on my list
Lynda Barry's book/play
The good Times are Killing me.
This week I will get that done

Recently
Now I am a big Viggo Mortensen Fan but after him its Mark Ruffalo.
Mark is the only other actor who can make me BELIEVE the character.
It's as if he is NOT acting
He is behaving...
THAT is what I admire in a good actor.
Plus is is super sweet and cute :)
Allen
The latest one I have watched is Match Point
I love it and I think it's a must see
At the end its kind of good because in life people don't always get their just desserts...maybe they do EVENTUALLY EVENTUALLY...but sometimes its not right away.
Also I am a big fan of Jonathan Rhys Meyers :)
So into...
I watched Mystic Pizza and I loved every minute of it.
Julia was great but her costars were also a big hit.
Now I have seen most of her movies!

From Psych Journal
Geez
It took 3.5 hours to read
I absolutely adore it and recommend it highly
The style is not my preferred one to read but the content is riveting and very very sad.
Its a must read.

Relaxing
Trains
Finally found it...
Runaway Bride. (They would probably have to name it Runaway Girl I want to Date)
I finally watched it after all this time and many opportunities to watch it
I couldn't believe I didn't watch it before
You'll have to watch to the near end to see why I think this character is like me
But its all true :)
Love this movie and I love Julia Roberts in general but love her in this movie too.

Campy But I Love it!
The 1996 movie
It's really super cute and a little bit funny :)
Katherine Heigel is not my fav actress but in this movie I like her.
