Life Class

'If you eat well, you must speak well'

Literally means that if you enjoyed someone's hospitality (if they have ever shown you ANY little kindness- no matter when), then you must always speak well of them, even if they no longer extend you the same courtesy (even if you are no longer on friendly terms).
Thank you Iyanla

Also: Every nail you hammer in your brother's hand keeps you on the cross
So be genuinely nice/good/kind
