I had to give blood for a friend
It was the first time
They did an interview and a bunch of tests
When they take the blood, the needle is huge
But, here is the thing, the bloo flows out easily and fast. (Well it depends on the person)
It went quickly for me
The main thing is that you feel refreshed after. Like cleansed or something
Your heart feels good
